Do Unused Credits Roll Over Monthly? +

Yes, any unused IVs or injection credits remain active in your account for one-month after the month it was earned. You may transfer unused credits to friends/family for a $25 fee.

Can I Share My Membership Credits With Someone? +

Yes, AMIV members are able to transfer paid credits on their account to immediate family members for a $25 fee.

How Does Billing Work? +

Billing is monthly with an initial three-month commitment. If needed, we offer early cancellation with a $125 fee. After 3 months, you may contact our team at treasurevalley@amiv.com to cancel at any time.

How Do I Cancel My AMIV Membership? +

All AMIV memberships paid monthly will automatically renew month to month. For cancellations, holds, and/or changes to memberships for any reason, members must notify AMIV via email at treasurevalley@amiv.com at least 30 days prior to the next auto-pay, using “membership cancellation, membership hold, or membership change” as the subject heading of the email. In turn, AMIV will send a confirmation via email after the changes have been made to the account within seven (7) business days of the change.

At the time of membership cancellation, all unused membership credits will be converted into store credit, at the rate of $125 per month of unused service credits. Your member discount, “Friends with Benefits” passes, and the retail discount will no longer be applicable
